Know Your Bargaining Team
The Human Services Coalition consists of the Department of Employment and the Department of Human Services. Members from both departments share many common issues, so we work together to support each other in negotiating our contract language. These people are the bargaining team elected by our members to speak to our management counterparts across the table during the coming months. As bargaining progresses, the team will ask for advice and support from all of you - the workers in the field who chose them as delegates.
